Fernando Núñez is a certified public accountant, graduate of the Universidad Panamericana, with more than 15 years of experience in the tax field.

In the private sector, Fernando has worked in prestigious tax consulting firms such as Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa, SC, Bettinger Asesores, SC and VMEO Advisory, SC. In these firms, he has advised companies in various sectors on tax matters, both national and international, including, in addition to day-to-day consulting, advice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), defense before tax authorities, preparation of all types of tax calculations for individuals and corporations, as well as tax advisory services, taking into account their investments abroad.

Fernando has extensive knowledge of tax matters, including laws, regulations and jurisprudence. He also has a great ability to solve complex tax problems and the ability to work in a team and lead projects.

 

Among his achievements and recognitions, Fernando stands out for his participation in complex restructurings and negotiations for sales and acquisitions of companies, as well as in international wealth advisory services.
